About Me
I am excited for another year as the 3rd grade ELA/SS teacher! This is my eighteenth year teaching and I have taught kindergarten, first grade, and third grade. I taught for many years at the Casas Elementary School campus of Acero and this is my second year at Fuentes (Go Eagles!). I have my Master’s degree in Bicultural Education and have ESL and LBSI endorsements. I love coming to school each day and learning with my students. I work hard to make learning fun, provide structure and routine in my classroom, and celebrate the uniqueness of each of my students. When I’m not at school, you can find me spending time with my husband and two young children. We love to go on hiking adventures as often as we can. I look forward to a great year!
