About Me

I am the 8th grade math and science teacher. Previously, I worked in a supporting role working directly with the middle school diverse learners here at Fuentes. I earned a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree from North Park University here in Chicago. I am married to an equally passionate teacher! In my free time I enjoy renovating my house as well as getting outside with my two dogs. My hope is to inspire the students of Fuentes to love math and science as much as I do.
 
Soy profesora de matemáticas y ciencias de octavo grado. Anteriormente, trabajé en un rol de apoyo trabajando directamente con los estudiantes diversos de la escuela secundaria aquí en Fuentes. Obtuve una licenciatura de la Universidad Estatal de Michigan y una maestría de la Universidad North Park aquí en Chicago. ¡Estoy casada con una maestra igualmente apasionada! En mi tiempo libre disfruto renovando mi casa y saliendo con mis dos perros. Mi esperanza es inspirar a los estudiantes de Fuentes a amar las matemáticas y las ciencias tanto como yo.
