About Me
Hello! I am Ms. Khaja and I have been teaching at Carlos Fuentes since 2020. I taught Kindergarten for 4 years before beginning a new journey of teaching Second Grade. I graduated from National-Louis University in 2012 with my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and a minor in Child Psychology. I also received my Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction along with my ESL endorsement in 2018. I will also obtain my LBS1 endorsement in the 25-26 school year. I am very excited to continue helping my students learn and grow. Let’s have an amazing year!
¡Hola! Soy la Sra. Khaja y doy clases en Carlos Fuentes desde 2020. Enseñé kínder durante 4 años antes de emprender una nueva etapa como profesora de segundo grado. Me gradué de la Universidad Nacional Louis en 2012 con mi Licenciatura en Educación Infantil y una especialización en Psicología Infantil. También obtuve mi Maestría en Educación en Currículo e Instrucción, junto con mi certificación de ESL en 2018. También obtendré mi certificación LBS1 en el año escolar 2025-2026. Estoy muy emocionada de seguir ayudando a mis alumnos a aprender y crecer. ¡Que tengan un año increíble!
