This is my first year as a practicing speech pathologist and first year at Acero. I attended University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign with a double major in History and Spanish with a year abroad at the University of Barcelona. I then earned my Masters in Applied Linguistics at University of Illinois-Chicago. I taught EFL in a South Korean elementary school, and I taught ESL in Chicago at Roosevelt University, UNAM-Chicago, and the Chinese Mutual Aid Association. I transitioned to speech pathology and got my 2nd Bachelor’s degree at Utah State University in Communication Disorders and Deaf Education. I recently completed my Masters in Communicative Disorders at Northwestern University. I look forward to working with the students, y me alegro tanto de ser parte de la familia de Fuentes, de la comunidad, y las otras escuelas donde yo trabajo con los estudiantes y sus familias.
